Is Osiers part of the Wetherlys group?

Wetherlys acquired Osiers in 2000.  Osiers are cane and linen specialists and have a wide range of beautiful and unique accessories. Osiers have also incorporated a charming range designed especially for children. The Wetherlys and Osiers brands complement each other superbly.

Do you deliver nationally?

We have stores countrywide. The goods you have ordered will be transported to your nearest store and a local delivery fee will then be charged.

What are your lead times?

Wetherlys has a huge distribution centre in Industria Johannesburg which holds stock for the entire group.Top-up orders are placed on a regular basis by the branches nationwide, so rest assured if  the piece you want is not currently available, it’s on its way.

Does Wetherlys offer export facilities?

Yes we do.  We are able to export goods anywhere in the world. We also offer packaging and wrapping specifically designed for export.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit and the  balance to prior to delivery. If a delivery is to take place within 7 days of an order being placed, we require payment in full.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do.  You will be issued with a unqiue account number which cannot be lost or stolen.

Do you import all your stock?

Less than 10% of our good are imported, the balance are manufactured in South Africa.

Do you manufacture yourselves?

Roodefurn Manufacturing form part of the Wetherlys Group.They manufacture and supply a substantial portion of the Wetherlys stock.  Although we are unable to custom make individual items, Roodefurn have the capacity to manufacture to specifications if quantities permit.
